Zumba Classes Monday at 7pm, Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 11am
Yoga helps you relax, tone muscles and increase internal awareness and flexibility. Positions can be modified for any fitness level.
Yoga Classes Wednesday 7pm & Saturday 9am
Cardio Kickbox: Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn tons of calories in this fierce but fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout!!
Cardio Kick Classes Tuesday at 7pm and noon on Saturday
Tae Kwon Do is a form of martial arts. This class is a great workout, especially for our youth. It is more than fitness as it includes discipline and structure. Open to all ages.
